B 136, Suncity

Location: Gurgaon
Team: Amit Khanna, Mahima Gupta, & Sourabh Vishwakarma
Area: 6,450 SQ. FT.
Project Status: Ongoing
Completion Year:

The Suncity residence unfolds across a triangular plot, its L-shaped plan balancing expansive gardens with a carefully screened façade, defining both openness and privacy.

The double-height ground floor accommodates formal living, dining, and kitchen spaces, allowing light and presence to dominate, while the first-floor bedrooms open toward views of the Aravalis.

A perforated sandstone façade screens the interiors and shields the home, punctuated by a “Tree of Life” motif inspired by Ahmedabad’s Siddi Sayyad Mosque. Arches, cornices, and arched windows articulate the neoclassical exterior, while interiors remain minimal, monochromatic, and deliberate, allowing materiality, proportion, and spatial sequencing to define the home’s luxury.
