Within a Delhi suburb troubled by its heat, dust, and pollution, the design of Sushant Lok Residence takes complete advantage of its plot that faces a quiet park.

Private spaces are tucked away for seclusion, while semi-private zones open northwards through a glazed façade, framing greenery and letting in diffused light. A cut-out core featuring courtyards and a skylight enhances openness, with a slender bridge linking the front and rear of the house to integrate the expansiveness. Deep overhangs temper heat, and a crafted interplay of glass, brick, and metal shapes a sustainable, contemporary elevation.
