In Central Delhi, two disconnected floors of an ageing villa were reimagined as a single residence that draws from Mughal, Lutyens, and modernist influences.

The design layers classical detailing, such as crown mouldings, herringbone floors, marble bathrooms, and a dramatic oculus over the dining area, with contemporary sustainability. Natural ventilation, double glazing, FSC-certified flooring, and locally sourced finishes ensure efficiency, while the interiors reflect Delhi’s rich and layered history.
