Ridge House Nears Completion

January 2016

We should be wrapping up our Ridge House Project in South Delhi early this year. Interior Finishing in the apartments is underway as the facade gets its final touches before getting a cleaning and a weatherproof sealant finish. The brick & kota stone exterior allows the building to adapt to the scale of the street while retaining a unique architectural identity

Wide Recognition for Anangpur Warehouse

Structural Work Complete at House 10

November 2015

Structural work has completed on our radical low cost project, House 10. Aiming to complete the entire two storey building in under Rs.1000 per square foot, we are happy to report that as of now, we are on track to acheive that figure. Internal finishing has begun and the project should be ready for occupation by February.

On the Boards - Noida School

October 2015

We are in the process of putting the final touches on a new project, a K-12 school in Noida. Designed around the need for natural light and ventilation in a environment that increasingly favours airconditioning, this new school will aim for an extremely low level of energy consumption - both during construction and the expected life-cyle of the building.

Century Overseas Approaches Completion

September 2015

The pixellated facade and solar array is all that remains to be installed at the production facility of Century Overseas in Kirti Nagar. Interior Services are now complete and the building should be ready for occupation by March next year

Udyog Vihar Commercial Project

August 2015

A dynamic curved facade is the central design element for a new commercial project in Udyog Vihar. A major departure from conventional envelope design, the undulating bands of aluminum cladding shade a continuous ribbon of curved glass that allows natural illumination for internal work spaces.

House 10 is now at Site

July 2015

Designed to challenge conventional notions of making low cost buildings, this 1500SF home in Sector 56, Noida aims to acheive a finished cost of less than Rs. 1000 per square foot. This is while maintaining a green building strategies such as natural daylighting and ventilation, use of local materials and reuse of waste from other projects. At no point is overall aesthetic or function compromised, as the house needs to be a long term residence for a small family. More details soon.

New Commercial Project Breaks Ground

June 2015

Demolition & excavation has commenced on a new 63000SF commercial project in Gurgaon. Located off NH2, the main highway leading to the satellite city, this project incorporates a flat slab structure to create the 12500SF plate on the upper floors. Principal structural work should complete by summer next year, with finishing expected within 15 months.
