Set in Kirti Nagar’s dense industrial fabric, this 100,000 sq. ft. garment facility unites production, offices, and a showroom within two light-filled blocks. 

 

A diagrid frame structure enables the interiors with column-free manufacturing, while ventilation ducts and a series of generous windows ensure comfort and efficiency. A textured north façade, inspired by the surrounding settlement, adds identity, while landscaped terraces elevate an otherwise harsh context.
