Amid Vasant Vihar’s fragmented architectural context, this 350 sq. m. site was redeveloped to maximise space while reaffirming its legacy as a family home.

 

Six apartments unfold across four floors, while four basement workspaces and eight parking bays are discreetly integrated. A shared ground-floor lobby mediates access, allowing privacy between units. The design orchestrates communal amenities and individual seclusion, responding thoughtfully to the fragmented context of the site.
