Located on a 7-acre rocky site on Delhi’s outskirts, the brief called for a large warehousing facility with high automation and efficient spatial flow.

 

The 140,000 sq ft facility is planned in three interconnected blocks comprising square warehouses, a loading bay, and a north-facing office, optimised for daylight. Careful massing, high ceilings, and strategic planning address Delhi’s extreme heat and dusty environment, ensuring functional performance and thermal comfort throughout the year.
