40/60 House

The 40/60 House rethinks density by dedicating 40% of the plot as a garden and orienting 60% of its spaces toward it. Built in an “L” around this court, the home draws light through a skylit staircase.

Locally crafted materials, durable finishes, and sustainable choices such as stainless steel, German glazing, and sensor lighting ensure longevity and graceful ageing.
