Amid a homogenised street front, The Pendentive House asserts distinction through a brick facade punctuated by nine pendentives.

Set on a compact 60×27 ft plot, the four-storey residence contains two duplexes above parking and a basement. Shaded recesses, large windows, and a pergola-topped terrace create light-filled, environmentally responsive interiors. Crafted in exposed brick and steel, the design balances monumentality with pragmatism, defining a model for future urban development and offering light, air, and endurance in the city’s dense fabric.
